Employment Services

Employment Services are facility-based and community-based programs for individuals with disabilities ages 14 and older. Employment Services includes the following programs: Pre-vocational Services, Extended Services, and Workplace Assistance Services. These programs are designed to assist individuals gain the skills and knowledge necessary to find and maintain employment independently, as well as support the individual in the workplace to maintain employment. During their time, the individual will learn various skills such as, compliance, attendance, task completion, problem solving, safety skills, completing applications, job interview skills, dressing appropriately for job interviews, effective communication skills, how to build and create a resume, job-specific skills and much more.

Funding for our Employment Services is available through the FS and CIH waivers in Indiana. Private pay rates are also available.
