Sarah Ardoin

Director of Music Therapy and Marketing

As an Indiana native, Sarah has worked in the music therapy field for nearly 25 years. She began her music career studying percussion at Vincennes University. While there she drew interest in the use of music for health and wellness. After completing an associates’ degree is Music/Fine Arts from VU, Sarah pursued her bachelors’ degree in music therapy from St. Mary of The Woods College. During her time at SMWC, she was able to continue her percussion studies at Indiana State University. She was a member of the ISU percussion ensemble and the ISU Steel drum Band.

Sarah completed her music therapy internship at Wishard Health Services in Indianapolis. She continued employment with Wishard, post internship, working with adults in long term care and sub-acute rehabilitation.

Sarah has held the music therapy board certification credential since 1999.

In 2008, Sarah completed her Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Sarah and her husband, Jeremy, reside on the west side of Indianapolis with their 2 children, Madison and Dallas.
