Director of Human Resources

Samantha grew up in Indiana and began her career working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities. After high school, she spent three years working in waiver homes, followed by a role as an instructional assistant in a special education classroom. She later became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she continued to build hands-on experience supporting individuals and families.

During this time, Samantha also provided respite services through Meaningful Day Services for a previous ABA client she had worked with as an RBT. After seeing firsthand the impact of the organization and the quality of care provided, she pursued an opportunity to join MDS in an administrative role in 2019.

Samantha started as an HR/Admin Assistant and has continued to grow within the company, serving as an HR Coordinator before stepping into her current role as HR Director. In her role, she oversees human resources, recruitment, compliance, employee training, benefits, and employee relations. She is passionate about supporting both employees and leadership, solving problems, and continuously improving HR processes to better serve the organization.

Samantha resides in Avon, Indiana with her husband, Antonio, and their two dogs, Geo and Dezi. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her family.
