Meaningful Adapted Sports League

The Meaningful Adapted Sports League’s mission is to empower athletes of all ages who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and provide them with sports experiences that enhance each member's unique skills. Our goal is to promote a healthy, active lifestyle and holistic growth through a sense of community, teamwork, and meaningful relationships, with the support of a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.

Our Meaningful Adapted Sports League offers a variety of sports, including kickball, basketball, cornhole, and bowling. We hope to continue to launch new sports for our athletes.

The league accepts athletes of all ages and abilities who have a diagnosis of an intellectual or developmental disability. The league is private pay and athletes do not need to be currently enrolled in services with Meaningful Day Services to participate.

You can join our email list or follow us on social media to get notice of when registrations are open. Please email masl@meaningfuldays.net to join our email list or find us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

We are always looking for qualified volunteers to assist our athletes as they participate in these leagues. Volunteer duties include assisting an athlete one-on-one during games, refereeing a sport, keeping score, or helping coach practices.
