Meaningful Days “REPORT CARD”
The following are indicators of the quality and effectiveness of services provided by
MDS consultants and therapists.   These indicators can  be used by potential
consumers to make informed choices in selecting a provider for Behavior
Management, Music, Recreational Therapies, ABA services, and Training Services.

Behavior Management

1. The percentage of total service time provided “face-to-face” =  61%
(as of 12/31/07)
2. The percentage of treatment objectives achieved at any one time = 69%
(we generally see progress!)

3. When polled on questionnaires, consumers and families indicated that they       
were satisfied with their consultant in
92% of their responses.
(“you like us,  you really like us!”)

Music Therapy

1. The percentage of total service time provided “face-to-face” = 60%
(Music therapy cannot take place without seeing our clients)

2. The percentage of treatment objectives achieved at any one time = 52%
(Music Therapists train client-specific objectives.  We see progress!)

3. The average number of functional objectives trained = 4
(We train multiple objectives to help our clients become independent!)

4. When polled on questionnaires, consumers and families indicated that they       
were satisfied with their therapist in
93% of their responses.

Recreational Therapy

1. Percentage of service time Recreational Therapists spent providing direct one-on-
one training with their clients =
80%
(increased 7% from the last review)

2. Number of RT treatment objectives trained at any given time = 5

3. Percentage of trained objectives achieved at any given time = 60%
(remained the same as on last review)

4. When polled on questionnaires, consumers and families indicated that they       
were satisfied with their therapist in
97% of their responses.
