Meaningful Day Services, Inc. is seeking a Music Therapist Board Certified to
provide home and community-based services to individuals with disabilities.
Position:
Full time: Fort Wayne, IN
Eligibility:
Board Certified Music Therapist.
Experience is preferred but not required.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Population served:
Adults and children with MR/DD, Autism, CP, Dual Diagnosis, psychosis.
Start Date:
Immediately
Description:
We are seeking an independent, self-motivated, board-certified Music Therapist to
travel and conduct music therapy sessions with clients in their homes and/or
community based facilities. Music Therapist must be able to effectively communicate
with other professionals, conduct assessments, program plan, document, and
evaluate treatment, participate in treatment meetings, co-treat with other
professionals, and work as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
