Profile: Hi. I'm Jim Cline and I serve the Southeastern Indiana area. I
live in Jefferson County near Madison and currently serve clients in
Jefferson, Scott, Jackson and Jennings Counties. I am willing to work with
individuals in any of these counties and will also consider individuals in
adjacent counties as well. I have been working part-time with Meaningful
Day Services since March 2002 and hope to be full time by July 2007. Prior
to working with Meaningful Day Services, I also had part-time jobs
working as a behavioral consultant with a large group home provider and
have taught courses for Purdue University and IUPUI out of Columbus.

I specialize in serving clients with psychiatric and behavioral issues. After
spending more than 30 years working at Madison State Hospital, I have
acquired an extensive knowledge of a wide variety of mental health
problems. With this background I am able to recognize the symptoms and
behaviors associated with various mental disorders, and more importantly,
the most effective interventions and treatments for them. While at Madison
I helped to develop the behavior program for the GOLD Unit, a Medicaid
Certified Unit serving dually diagnosed developmentally disabled adults. I
have continued to work exclusively with this program since August of
1983 and currently am responsible for completing assessments and
behavior support plans for two units which serve a total of 30 adults.
