Angie Brown, MT-BC
Profile:
Angie has been a clinician with BCTS/MDS since October
2002. Since then, she has begun a two community drum circle for
adults and children with special needs in the New Castle and
Anderson areas. Through collaboration with Liz Farmer and Liz
Frank, a behavioral clinicians with PAI, Angie has co-facilitated 6
social groups for children and teens with autism and varying
disabilities addressing the goal areas of social skills, coping skills and
communication skills. She facilitates a social group for pre-teen boys
on the spectrum, and has facilitated multiple groups in the Anderson
Community Schools, Blue River Valley Schools, and Frankton-Lapel
Schools. She has also assisted her clients in mainstreaming into high
school band and choir, and church choirs.
